IvoryCloud wins $27.4 Million Prime contract from Department of Energy

The Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Science (SC) has awarded IvoryCloud a 5-year, $27.4 Million Prime contract to support the Portfolio Analysis Management System (PAMS), a mission critical, web-based Grants Management system. For the last 8 years IvoryCloud has supported DOE SC as a key subcontractor and is thrilled to now serve as the new prime contractor providing program/project management, customer services, custom, enterprise-level software development, sustainment, enhancement, and maintenance for PAMS.

Quoting IvoryCloud’s COO and Partner, Steve Moskowitz, “We are honored to support DOE SC in their critical mission to promote US innovation that will provide for a secure and sustainable energy future. IvoryCloud excels at applying the latest modern techniques that align mission objectives with technology capabilities to optimize value for our customers.”

PAMS facilitates the execution of all of DOE SC’s grant activities, the Department’s Small Business Innovative Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR), and Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) Programs. It is used by DOE SC to solicit, award, manage, and close Federal Grants totaling over $10 billion. Over 70,000 PAMS users are from every DOE National Laboratory as well as universities, research institutions, profit/not-for-profit organizations, and the general public.

“We appreciate DOE SC’s confidence entrusted to our IvoryCloud team, many of whom have supported DOE and the PAMS project for many years” Amy Clark, IvoryCloud’s PAMS Operations Manager said, “and we are thrilled for IvoryCloud to have the opportunity to serve as the prime contractor in advancing and continually improving the grants management software that has become a staple within the Office of Science. It is my sincere honor to serve alongside such a stellar group of bright minded individuals.”
